Terms & Conditions

1. All membership of eExam shall be subjected to the terms and conditions herein stipulated.
2. Upon registration, members shall be accorded temporary membership pending verification of membership fee payment. In the event payment cannot be verified within seven (7) working days, membership shall automatically be deactivated.
3. eExam reserves the right to reject any membership application at its sole discretion.
4. All membership once confirmed shall remain valid for a period of subscription period chosen from the date of registration. Unless renewed, such membership shall expire automatically thereafter.
5. Membership shall strictly be non-transferable.
6. All membership fee payments shall be non-refundable.
7. eExam reserves the right to deactivate the feedback via SMS at anytime.
