1. What is eExam?
   eExam’s e-workbook is just like the conventional workbooks used in schools or tuition classes except that it is in electronic format and can be access through the internet. Students can revise their lessons and sit for an assessment test online. eExam provides all the core KBSR subjects such as Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mathematics and Science.

3. How does it compare to conventional tuition classes?
   The student using our site has the flexibility of time and the parents do not have to worry about transport problems. By doing his lessons himself via the computer, he also learns to be independent and at the same time pick up some IT skills.
4. Are the lessons content offered in this site in conformance with the MOE’s KBSR program?
   Definitely. Our content is developed by a team of qualified and experienced teachers who formulate the lessons and ensure that it is in total conformance with the KBSR standards.
5. Your site is currently limited to only UPSR students. Does this mean that your site is limited only to year six students?
   No. Our lessons are planned in such a way that even year four and five students can start using the program. In fact he can use it all the way through to year six and his performance can be gauge year by year.
6. How much do I have to pay for using your web site?
   RM100 for 1 year and RM55 for 6 months.
7. Can I sign up for a trial first?
   Yes, you have the option of signing up for a 3 days FREE trial and if you like it, you can then sign up as a member later. The choice is really yours. Please note however that the 3 days free trials is only limited to a certain number of questions.
8. Do I get a prorated refund if my children decide to quit your program halfway?
   No. We do not see any reasons why your child should quit the program halfway through if there are benefits to be derived.
9. How do I register and make payment?
   That is easy. Just click on the ‘ Subscribe’ button and follow the instructions!
10. If I want to register more than one children, how do I do that?
    That’s easy too. This is only allowed for registered members. Only one Parent account is required and you can create individual ID’s for each child under the “Child Account View”.
11. What are the other exciting features available on the site?
    This site allows a student to learn by practicing a topic of his own choice, try out our specially designed performance assessment test and submit written assignments such as essays via e-mail or post. There is also an e-dictionary for him to check on the meaning of words or phrases. If he prefers, he can even contribute to the contents of this e-dictionary.
12. How do you motivate students to continue visiting your site to go through each lessons?
    Children love to compete. That is why from the overall performances of all the students, eExam will grade and list the 10 best students every time. Students will be motivated if they see their name on the list and they will also strive to further improve their rankings. The harder they try the better their performance will be.
13. Can you guarantee that the student will get excellent results by using eExam?
    No, we do not guarantee fantastic results in the UPSR exams. However, if a student goes through the lessons diligently, he or she should see significant improvement . As parents, close monitoring of the child’s progress via our Student Performance Report should also help.
14. What about when we start doing Science and Mathematics in English?
    No problem. Even as it stands, the Science and Mathematics test questions are posted in bilingual format.
15. Is this a replacement for classroom teaching?
    No. The student still must go through formal school education. Further, the student must still do his/her homework! And, he/she must study his notes. eExam assists the students in reinforcing what he/she learns in class by answering questions; a huge number of them!
16. Is this e-learning?
    Not really. eExam in a nutshell is an exercise in Reinforcement. It’s learning by ‘practise, practise, practise’. It’s only a drill; but a very effective one.
17. What if the government abolishes UPSR?
    eExam is essentially a drill. What that means is, it helps the student internalize the school learning materials via a ‘practise, practise, practise’ approach. Also, the system enables the student and parent to monitor his progress very, very closely. So, with or without the UPSR exam, eExam is still very relevant.
